Except support by mail or phone, we offer the possibility for giving online support or an online demonstration.
Online Support or Demonstration
By remote desktop we'll guide you through certain screens.
To start a demo- or supportsession, you'll receive a call from one of our employees. You should start your browser and surf to www.fastsupport.com. On the login screen you should enter your name and the support key provided by our employee. Click 'connect now' to download a small program named GoToAssist Express. With this program we'll be able to make a remote connection with your pc. The video's below show how to start and end a remote session.
