Invoice and VAT module

After defining the VAT codes, you can attach these codes to each of the prices in i-Reserve. Prices are stored on different levels, like the products but also product options. Each of these can have different VAT calculations. i-Reserve will calculate this VAT amounts and present these on the detail lines of your invoice. Invoices are created based on HTML-templates, which you are able to easily adjust by using the template editor in the configuration panel.

Payment module

By installing this module, you can send the total amount of a booking to one of the payment service providers, i.e. Paypal or Ogone. New fields are available on the booking screens in the configuration panel, where you can see whether a booking has been paid. i-Reserve will check automatically the status of the payments. This module is therefore saving a lot of time, but also is allowing you to get the money for the bookings earlier.

Export and Administration module

A lot of financial information is available in i-Reserve. This information is normally also required in the general ledger of your administration. This module is capable of doing this in an automated way. Technical background: export module is exporting the journal lines and customer information available via a comma separated file or XML. After exporting, this information can be imported in your general ledger. We have standard interfaces available for the financial systems Exact, King, Accountview and Mamut.

SMS module

Sending e-mails on each status change is incorporated by default in i-Reserve. Do you also want more service to your customers, i.e. by sending a reminder SMS just a few hours before the booking start time? Then this module is for you. For each status change, automatic sending of an SMS can be triggered. Just like in the email templates, you can design the SMS message yourself. (Please note that there are additional costs per SMS for this module)
