i-Reserve on day basis

To book hotel rooms, bungalows, chalets, etc. we call i-Reserve on day basis.

If i-Reserve is running in daymode, it is possible to make bookings for which one or more days are reserved, even up to weeks or even months. This is the perfoect mode for hotels, holiday parks or the individual person who wants to rent his holiday house on line.

You can set up several periods, such as a weekend, long weekend, week or midweek. But reserving per day is also possible.

Some characteristics of this system are:

• Entirely able to set up periods (day, weekend, week, etc.).
• Variable pricing mechanisms, for each season you can set up different price schemas.
• The system keeps up availability and allows no double bookings. User sees directly if to be/its choice is still possible.
• Discount rules to be set up for number of participants, prices or number of objects
• Each reservation passes through a status cycle of new to confirmed or closed
• Automatic e-mail functionality. An e-mail can be sent with important information for each status.
• Forum possibility, where users can give responses, post questions examine couples and post photos.
• Administrator panel, with what you as the owner have complete control concerning the system.
